Imani will offer a nine-week African dance and wellness series designed to promote improved fitness levels through exercise and nutrition. This workshop series is appropriate for teens and adults - ages 11+.  Imani's "Dance and Feel Better" series will offer pre and post fitness testing; nutrition seminars provided by Lancaster General Hospital and African dance classes formatted to address specific areas of fitness.
